You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

4.2 Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, or if a return for a damaged item is accepted, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
